From operating an automotive repair business to gaining trade qualifications and tertiary management training, Mick’s skill set encompasses all the key areas required to evaluate and address product quality. Combine this with several years’ working for OE and aftermarket automotive parts suppliers and there would be few people in Australia to match his knowledge about the durability of automotive products and the design features that help deliver exceptional performance.
